Terms & Conditions
Most of our complete or parcial packages do not included: Cost of acquiring a valid passport, international airfare to any of our destinations, alcoholic drinks, gratuities to staff, host, captain, crews, drivers and guides. We do not include travel insurance but can refer or assist you with an agent.
Deposits: 50% deposits are due immediately at time of booking to secure boats, available lodging and tours. If originally desired lodging is not available Ecuagringo reserves the right to substitute with next available. All lodging will be confirmed shortly after deposits are received. If no deposit is received within 7 days after you have been invoiced or agreed your reservation is subject to being cancelled.
Balance due: The final payment is due in our account 60 days before the departure date of your trip. We accept checks, wires, deposits and all major credit cards. All last minute bookings and special promotions must be paid in full before arrival to destination.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your trip for any reason deposits for hotel/lodging and airfare, boats and tour are nonrefundable and subject to penalties. However we will work with you as best as we can to reschedule up to 1 year from your originally scheduled trip date.
Cancellations due to “Acts of God” or Weather: While most of our destinations are rarely ever too rough to fish they may be subject to Tsunamis, torrential rain, earthquakes or other forces beyond our control. If this happens we will work with all parties involved such as hotels and airlines to do our best to reschedule. Ecuagringo LLC will not be responsible for third party penalties or refunds such as hotels and airlines but not limited to.
Boats and Captains: We understand that boats may break down and captains can get sick. If this were to happen we will try to substitute with the next available
Hotel Refunds: Any cancellation within 72 hours of arrival for pre-paid reservations and/or tours are non-refundable.
Package rates subject to change without notice and fuel surcharges may apply if special taxes are imposed by local authorities.
