Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo and Swordfish Fishing Reports!
December 8-11, 2017
Fellow Anglers,
While Ecuagringo began mainly fishing for marlin in 2000 when we started our Galapagos operation, we now have been concentrating more and more on tuna and wahoo fishing as more anglers are asking to catch them on light tackle. This past week Salinas was quite productive for wahoo, Manta has good blue marlin action again and Galapagos had a very solid big eye tuna bite. Water temperature was unusually cold for this time of the year in all destinations and the wind has been blowing harder than normal this time of the year. Cabo Blanco, Peru reported good tuna action around the rigs as well.
