Thanks to Captain Julio Rodrigues for providing latest fishing report from his panga Erika while fishing for reports out of San Cristobal. Julio was a long time mate for Ecuagringo and eventually became one of San Cristobal’s finest captains. In between groups we will often send him to collect fishing reports trolling two lures or teasers.
April 18, 2021– Erika fished Rosa Blanca Banks. They found lots of sardines on first bank and the Honey Hole. By 12:30 they had raised 19 striped marlin and released 9 from 15 bites before calling it a day.
April 19, 2021– Erika fished 0-30 Bank as reports said there were plenty of fish there. Julio fished two rods until about 1 pm and raised 13 striped marlin and released 5 out of 9 bites.
