The blue marlin bite in Manta continues to be quite good. The wahoo and tuna bite in Galapagos is quite strong as well. Here is the latest on the fishing action

Ecuador

Manta:

June 11, 2017– Chola went 1/9 on blue marlin having an action filed day. Amalita went 1/2 on blue marlin. Atomic had 1/4 blue marlin and 1/1 on striped marlin. Panga Mazinger had 2/5 blue marlin and lost a nice fish over 800#. Panga Mi Pana had a black marlin about 400# and 1/2 on blue marlin.

June 12, 2017– Panga Explorer enjoyed a great current pushing South and raised 13 blue marlin and 2 sailfish and went 5/10 on blues and 1/2 on sailfish. Panga Eduardo went 2/6 on blue marlin. Panga Don Teofilo went 1/5 on blue marlin and 1/1 on striped marlin.

Galapagos Islands

San Cristobal Island:

June 11, 2017– On The Hook caught 9 wahoo and 8 big eye tunas plus a few nice skipjacks. All fish averaged 20 to 50# while fishing Hancock Bank. The rod bending action kept everyone busy and there were plenty of bites on the troll.
