The incredible high volume striped marlin fishing continues out of San Cristobal Island while fishing on 0-30 Bank. Water has cooled to 72 F and the big striped marlin females have shown up to feed on sardines. More fish close to 300 pounds have been reported in the last couple of weeks. June 26, 2017– Mantaraya fishing with father and son anglers Trip and Brooks Meine went out to catch their first ever striped marlin. The Galapagos Islands made it a reality with some big fish. They got their fare share of shots with 28 striped marlin raised 11 bites, 3 releases and several fish broken off close to the boat.
