Some of the best dorado (golden salmon) fishing and duck hunting is found in the province of Corrientes. Mario Battiston, owner of Dorado Cua Lodge is one of Argentina's best wingshooting and fishing professionals. During your stay you will also be treaded to fantastic meats, wines and true Argentine cuisine.

The duck hunting is some of the best in the planet with liberal limits and a variety of species. Shoot over decoys, rice fields, marsh and other spectacular sceneries. Argentina is really a duck hunter's paradise.

The golden salmon fishing is second to none. Use fly rods or spinning tackle to catch one of the meanest, most aggressive South American fish that exists! The province of Corrientes is host to vas wildlife, rivers and wetlands. While you are fishing from land or boat it is common to see emu, capibaras, caimans, screamer and deer feeding on the grassy banks.

The trip starts by meeting everyone early June 25th in Buenos Aires:

June 25, 2011, early meeting at a hotel to be assigned later

-Drive to Goya, Corrientes via van and driver

-Meet up with Mario Battiston late afternoon and transfer to Dorado Cua Lodge

June 26-27-28-29, 2011, Duck hunting in the morning. Lunch at the lodge and fishing in the afternoon for golden salmon.

June 30, 2011, return van ride to Buenos Aires
